Katie Brown - Office Coordinator
I’m an East Texas girl and a proud Stephen F. Austin State University alumni. I’ve always enjoyed working with people, building relationships, and being involved in the community I call home. Those interests eventually led me to pursue a career in real estate.
Becoming a licensed Texas real estate agent is something I’m especially proud of. I love getting to be a part of such an important season in someone’s life and helping people find a place they’re excited to call home. My love for real estate and the housing industry eventually brought me to Henderson Home & Land, where I’ve been able to expand into the manufactured home side of the business.
I love that every day here is a little different. I get to meet new people, continue learning about the industry, and help people along the way.
Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors, hanging out with my fur babies, and, of course, enjoying some good ice cream!

Rhianna Troquille - Home Design Consultant
I grew up in a small Louisiana town where life moved a little slower and home meant everything. My Granddaddy was a builder, and some of my favorite memories are sitting nearby, sketching little house plans while he built. That’s where my love for homes really took root—and it’s never left me.
I went on to LSU and earned my Master’s in Marketing, but truth be told, the real heart of my experience comes from 16 years in the home inspection industry. I’ve walked through just about every kind of home you can imagine, and that’s given me an eye for the important details and the confidence to guide my clients the right way.
These days, I’m proud to call Texas home, and I genuinely love what I do. Helping people find a place of their own isn’t just a job to me—it’s something I care deeply about. There’s nothing better than seeing someone walk into a house and just know it’s the one.
